Full time salaried youth programming director needed for young exciting and growing congregation of 540 families in Austin, Texas. Must enjoy working with and relate well to young adults ages 12 -20. Will oversee, market and supervise USY, Kadima, Youth Services and B'nai Mitzvah programs.
Position is expected to team and work closely with Educational Director, Rabbi, Hazzan and advisors. Strong organizational, Hebrew and Judaic skills required. Bachelors or advanced degree preferred.
